My role as a Project Manager in the M&A industry includes dealing with shareholders locally and internationally to discuss their business and aspirations, offering them advise, sharing sector related case studies, deal completions and market related trends. I also deal with potential acquirers, advising and supporting them on their LTA journey.
I am also responsible for booking & co-ordinating client and prospect meetings, sending my clients regular updates and reminders, monitoring all aspects throughout our acquisition process and working together with the rest of my team to meet project deadlines.
