I am a business adviser with decades of experience, using my big-business background and expertise to help entrepreneurs, smaller companies, one-man bands and husband and wife partnerships. This is what I love doing.
I provide no-nonsense, no jargon, proper hands-on help in sorting out the actual day-to-day problems they have to overcome – marketing, staffing, recruitment, vans, stock, cashflow, customers, profit margins, suppliers, dividends, expenses, ICT, Health & Safety, and all the other things that keep them up at nights.
Everybody gets a free consultation, then (if they engage me ) a monthly retainer of whatever they can afford. This is really important for tight budgets.
