Questions about trust, behaviour, emotion, learning, uncertainty and what it means to be human in an increasingly automated workplace.

They're the same questions I've encountered time and again throughout more than 30 years in HR and Leadership Development. Studying Applied Neuroscience has given me a different perspective on those questions; a deeper understanding of why people think, feel and behave the way they do.
