Just because you can email someone, it does not always mean you should.

I still see a lot of confusion around who businesses are allowed to email, who they need consent from, and where GDPR draws a very firm line. Marketing lists, client updates, cold outreach, newsletters, follow ups. The rules are not the same for all of them.
